Interested in IT, children, and young people?

The Center for Computational Thinking and Design (CCTD) welcomes graduate students interested in collaborating on their thesis projects. Here, students have the opportunity to work closely with CCTD on research projects aimed at enhancing children’s and young people’s IT competencies.

As a student, you can develop your thesis or internship in close connection with other creative initiatives designed to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. Shape your career and contribute to creating a positive impact in a field that matters to you.

What do we offer?

A collaboration with CCTD will provide you with the opportunity to delve into specific challenges that the center is actively addressing and contribute to solutions for the complex issues facing our society. Additionally, this initiative can serve as inspiration for topic selection and thesis writing, offering ample opportunities for sparring with researchers and academics who possess extensive expertise in these exact areas.

Partnering with CCTD will also grant you access to school partners and other collaborators, helping you build a relevant professional network. Furthermore, you will become part of a strong community of like-minded individuals dedicated to improving children’s and young people’s relationship with digital technologies.

Your motivation

You may already have some initial thoughts about your project and know that you would like to engage in a collaboration. Alternatively, you might simply be interested in an informal conversation about the current challenges in the field and use it as inspiration.

Regardless of where you are in your process, you are always welcome.
